La direction du FBI désigne un nouveau superviseur pour diriger toutes les opérations. Ryan fait semblant de coopérer, mais pousse Weston à pirater l'adresse e-mail du nouveau chef. Weston est renvoyé à son hôtel pour la journée. Mais il se fait kidnapper et frapper par des hommes de Carroll, prêts à tout pour découvrir où se trouve Claire Matthews. La communauté de Carroll se porte bien, dans la grande maison qu'ils partagent tous. Joe a du mal à communiquer avec son fils et attend l'arrivée de Claire avec impatience.
